2010 APRIL/MAY BROADWAY BUCKS PROMOTION RULES

• Must be 18 years or older to enter.
• No purchase necessary to enter.
• Enter until May 31, 2010
• Complete all required information on entry form.
• Persons found to be submitting multiple entries will be disqualified.
• Drawing on June 1, 2010.
• One winner per household.
• Certificates must be used by August 31, 2010.
• Certificates may not be redeemed in whole or part for cash. If the certificate is used for merchandise valued in excess of $25, the consumer will pay the excess amount via cash or credit card.
• Upon using the gift certificate, it must be signed by both the user and the retailer.
• Neither the Broadway Improvement Corporation (BIC) nor BIC stores are responsible for gift certificates that are late, lost, mutilated, stolen, or otherwise non-delivered.
• By entering the promotion, the winner consents to the use without payment of their name, address, and/or photograph and any publicity, advertising or promotion carried out by BIC.
• All decisions regarding this online promotion and the selection of the winners are final and remain with BIC.
• The certificate may be redeemed at ONLY participating Broadway district businesses. Click Here for list of participating businesses. There may be a few participating district businesses with a policy that will not permit them to accept the certificate, so you would do well to check before you present it for redemption. Whether or not to redeem the certificate is a choice that remains with the business owner.

Retailer Information: Broadway SID will pay you $25 for the certificate if submitted in compliance with the rules of this program, available on request. Certificate must be sent to us for redemption by October 31, 2010. Payment will be made within 4-6 weeks.
