Improvements have been made to the interior of the retail space located at 27-01 Broadway. It appears that much of the rummage has been removed from the edge of the windows.

27-13 Rear Parking Lot

The dumpster behind 27-13 Broadway has been removed:

However a new dumpster has been placed at the rear of the lot which is overflowing with trash. Behind the dumpster is an old water heater:
